Клинико-морфологические особенности эластолитических гранулем

Аннотация

Представлены современные данные, касающиеся классификации, этиологии и патогенеза, клинической картины, патоморфологических особенностей и вариантов лечения эластолитических гранулем (ЭГ). Рассмотрены основные причины развития эластолиза и эластофагоцитоза. Впервые в отечественной дерматовенерологии описаны три случая заболевания из группы ЭГ: актиническая гранулема и кольцевидная эластолитическая гигантоклеточная гранулема.
