Терапия акне: азелаиновая кислота и базовый уход

Аннотация

В обзоре освещены современные представления о патогенезе акне. Изложены данные зарубежных и отечественных клинических исследований по изучению эффективности и безопасности препаратов, содержащих 15% азелаиновую кислоту, применяемых для лечения акне. Рассмотрены механизмы воздействия азелаиновой кислоты на основные звенья патогенеза акне. Обоснована необходимость базового ухода в лечении акне на примере линии средств JOYSKIN. Обсуждается влияние различных компонентов средств по уходу на кожу, склонную к акне.
